Italian language courses

Weekly stays in Sabina, less than 1 hour from ROMA, while studying Italian with experienced teachers,in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere. Normally the lessons are held in the morning and the rest of the day is dedicated to excursions in the area to archeological sites, medieval castles and characteristic craftsmen and wine or oil producers.

Every course may be tailored according to clients' requirements.

Landscape painting courses (3 days, 7 days)

These courses encourage the students to create their own impressions of this beautiful landscape in the classroom of nature itself. Our bilingual teacher, an experienced painter, will introduce the students to the techniques of charcoal and pencil drawing, watercolor and oil painting. Beginning with the basics of visual thinking, they will be introduced to the concepts of space, depth and perspective. The lessons are held outdoor, the subjects being landscapes, medieval villages and churches.

Italian regional cooking courses

These courses will be run in the new professional kitchen of the Villa that will be ready from beginning of June 2010. The space will be available for professional cooks that can bring there pupils and amateurs that would like to enjoy the secrets of our celebrated gastronomy.
The menus are prepared together and in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the guests will learn about the gastronomic history, the typical products & culinary habits of different areas of Italy.
This program can include visits to wine, extra virgin olive oil and cheese producers. Possibility to partecipate to the grape and olive harvest for the courses in the late Fall. At the guest's choice, 1 day will be dedicated to the visit of ROMA or ORVIETO, both at less than 1 hour from the area.

Yoga courses

Available for our guests a beautiful yoga platform of 96 sqm. facing the valley.

Eventual Dru Yoga lessons and courses possible at the farm, together with a nice ayourvedic massage room.

The space is also available for foreign yoga teachers that would to take their pupils.
