Italian regional cooking courses
These courses will be run in the new professional kitchen of the Villa. The space will be available for professional cooks that can bring there pupils and amateurs that would like to enjoy the secrets of our celebrated gastronomy.
The menus are prepared together and in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the guests will learn about the gastronomic history, the typical products & culinary habits of different areas of Italy.
This program can include visits to wine, extra virgin olive oil and cheese producers. Possibility to partecipate to the grape and olive harvest for the courses in the late Fall. At the guest's choice, 1 day will be dedicated to the visit of ROMA or ORVIETO, both at less than 1 hour from the area.
