Basic Course of watercolor

colours of Sabina

Lessons outdoors or in the winter garden of Villa Vallerosa , in two meetings of two hours each lesson.

lessons of master of art Giovanna Somai

Lesson 1

-presentation of the course

-lesson about colors and materials (paper, brushes, etc.)

-technical effect (salt, wadding, etc.)

-drawing of the landscape and setting light-dark

Lesson 2

-pictorial execution (drawing already set)

using various techniques to effect, previously studied

The cost of the first course ,just to approach the matter , will be Euro 25,00 per person ,including materials (paper colors and brushes), to be paid on subscription. Min. 4 persons .

If you will discover you have an artistic attitude the course can continue at a higher level.

It is possible to have a light lunch at the Villa at 15€, booking in advance.

Easy flights are reaching Fortaleza, north east of Brazil and with a rented car you can reach la Rosigna after 40 minutes.

It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathroom, a large sitting/dyning room an american kitchen corner. Outside a beautiful large porch with the sea view. 13 kms of white beaches by the ocean, just across the road. A big lagoon to swim in, just in front. Perfect place for surfers and kite surf.

The authentic small villages of Aquiraz and Iguape are left and right at 10 min. drive.

On the "Strade dell'olio" d'Italia - 6 november 2011

Selci Sabino

Has been choosen to represent

Latium for the best olive oil of the region.!

A fantastic 2 days festa with the new olio, just squeezed and a lot of traditions,

medieval performances, music, fantastic food organized by tle local Proloco

association. Polenta, bruschettone tricolore, pizza fritta, frittelli,

and more, all dressed with vino novello.

But look which building was chosen to rapresent the village

Scottish aperitif at the yoga barn ! Carla, Mike and the rest of the family , including a lovely son's fiancé , came to play accordeon and violin to teach vallerosa's guests their tipical dances.

Great fun, guests and friends and several Sabinieri !

Equiraduno a Vallerosa

Domenica ! more than 50 horses and their riders from all over Sabina on the pathes of countryside Selci.

The annual event sees the most beautiful horses of Sabina stopping at the Villa.

Luigi , so excited that would like to own them all !! Luciana running up and down entertaining the riders of all ages and serving fantastic aperitivo, prosecco, tartine and 4 tipes of small home made pizzas.

They were all so excited to be mixed up with all the Villa's guests that took so many pictures and will "take them" in their cameras all over the world.

Through la via piana, that starts from the Villa grounds, towards the village , they rided back to Selci were they offered the usual lunch.

Beautiful animals ! and cheerful people ! ..Al prossimo anno !

An intense program of interesting flower's subjects : courses, conferences, markets, competition, pictures and excursions all the day long ending of course, at the tables of the "pro loco" gardens with porchetta and vino !

About 40 Km. track among the old monuments of Rome.

Starting season with a lovely group of Dutches partecipating to the Rome Marathon.

Great fun, good italian food, some exercise at our Yoga platform and ..they all went back with a nice medal.

Next year partecipate !
